These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DayPass website (the “Site”), which provides access to a range of lifestyle services including Fitness, Wellness Centers, Beauty Centers, Sports Centers, Car Care, and Pet Care. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site

1. Definitions

“DayPass” refers to the 6in1 lifestyle service platform operated by DayPass Sdn Bhd, providing access to various services without contracts or monthly commitments with partnership with various service providers in all territories of DayPass Sdn Bhd existence.

“Member” refers to an individual who subscribes to DayPass for access to the services listed.

“Partner” refers to any service provider collaborating with DayPass to offer their services through the platform.

“Corporate Client” refers to a company or organization that subscribes to DayPass to offer benefits to its employees.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Use of the Site

3.1. Account Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

3.2. User Conduct: You agree to use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and not to engage in any conduct that may harm or disrupt the Site or its services.

4. Subscription and Membership

4.1. Membership Options: DayPass offers various membership plans. Details and pricing for these plans are available on the Site.

4.2. Payment Terms: Payments for subscriptions are processed through secure payment methods provided on the Site. All transactions are subject to our payment processing terms and charges set by DayPass Sdn Bhd payment partners.

4.3. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5. Service Access

5.1. Service Providers: The Site provides access to services offered by Partners. The availability and terms of these services are governed by the respective Partner’s policies.

5.2. Booking: Services must be booked through the Site. All bookings are subject to the availability and terms set by the Partner.

6. Partner Responsibilities

6.1. Pricing and Services: Partners set their own prices and terms for services. These are displayed on the Site and are subject to change at the Partner’s discretion upon an agreement from DayPass Sdn Bhd.

6.2. Service Quality: Partners are responsible for delivering services as described and ensuring customer satisfaction.

7. Member Responsibilities

7.1. Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using the Site.

7.2. Compliance: You agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by each Partner when utilizing their services.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1. Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking without incurring any fees if you do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled booking time.

8.2. Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your booking less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee will apply. The amount of this fee will be specified and agreed upon at the time of booking.

8.3. Refund Requests: To request a refund due to service issues, please contact DayPass customer support within 24 hours of the incident . Refund eligibility and amount are subject to the terms of the subscription plan and the Partner’s policies.

9. Termination

DayPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user or Partner who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in inappropriate conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Disclaimer: DayPass is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site, including but not limited to issues with service quality, booking errors, or payment transactions.

10.2. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify DayPass, its affiliates, and Partners from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Site or services.

11. Privacy

11.1. Data Protection: DayPass is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11.2. Consent: By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
