5) A service I’m interested in doesn’t have a schedule posted on DayPass. Are they still on DayPass?

If you don’t see specific services listed for your favorite service provider, fret not! It simply means their offerings haven’t been added yet. Many of our partners automatically sync their service schedules with DayPass from their end. This ensures our listings stay current, but also means that if a provider hasn’t updated their schedule, it won’t show up on DayPass either.

7) How do I request to have my data deleted from DayPass?

You have the ability to request deletion of personal data linked to your DayPass account at any time directly through our app. Simply complete our contact form with your account details, and our dedicated Customer Experience team will promptly assist you.

Once we receive your request, we’ll reach out to confirm your intention. Upon your confirmation, we’ll proceed to permanently erase the personal data associated with your account within 30 days, excluding any information we’re required to retain under applicable laws. Please be aware that once this process is initiated, it cannot be reversed.

11) What does the cycle start date mean?

Your membership cycle begins on the first day of your subscription. Your membership will automatically renew each month on this date. If you begin with a trial, your monthly cycle starts from the first day of your first full month of membership. Your access begins immediately upon signup, allowing you to start booking services right away. You have the flexibility to manage your membership at any time—whether it’s canceling your subscription or upgrading to a higher-credit plan. Changes to lower-credit plans will apply to your upcoming cycle. Adjust your membership plan conveniently through your Account Settings to tailor your DayPass experience to your needs.
